2019 CUP DAY WRAP UP

WE SAW SUN ON CUP DAY! It seems that the rain always falls on every Melbourne Cup Day, but not this year! There was sunshine all day, with guests welcomed with bubbly as they entered through the doors of the enclosure. Our resident caterers Atlantic Group supplied guests with and incredible display of food throughout the day.

We saw a nail biting win from Vow And Declare to take out the Prestigious Melbourne Cup in The Race That Stops The Nation. After a protest that altered the top 3, we saw Prince Of Arran promoted from 3rd to 2nd and Il Paradiso to 3rd and Master Of Reality was relegated from 2nd to 4th.

Our Styles on the Straight Competition brought bright colours and statement florals to the stage for the Women’s Category and big statement outfits for the Men’s Category also. We would like to thank Karen Phillips from Mercury Principle Events and Danni Oliver from Fitness First for judging the event.

A big congratulations to our Styles on the Straight Winners for Lexus Melbourne Cup Day:
